This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If a client has previously authorized a payment and their card is saved on a project, you can charge their card directly from the project page.
1. Open the Client’s Project
Navigate to the project where the client’s card is saved.
🔒For Goodshuffle Pro Lite users, the project must be signed online before a saved card can be charged.
2. Select the Card and Enter the Amount
Choose the stored card from the dropdown.
Enter the amount to charge.
Review the details carefully.
3. Confirm and Charge the Card
Click “Charge” to process the payment.
The charge will appear in the Payments section, and a receipt will automatically be emailed to the client.
💡 Pro Tip:
If you don’t see a card available to charge, the client may not have saved one properly. Ask them to re-submit a payment online and ensure the “Save Card” option is checked. Learning more about saving cards below.
