How Can I Remove a Client's Saved Card?

Learn how to remove a saved credit or debit card from a client’s profile or project in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You can remove a client's saved card either from their contact record or from an active project. Here's how:

Option 1: From the Directory

  1. Navigate to your Directory tab.

  2. Locate the client and click to open their contact record.

  3. Click on the “Billing” tab.

  4. Scroll to the Saved Credit Cards section.

  5. Click the trash can icon next to the card you'd like to remove.

  6. A confirmation window will appear—click “Yes” to permanently delete the saved card.

Option 2: From a Project

  1. Open the relevant project.

  2. Click the client's name to open their profile.

  3. Go to the “Billing” tab.

  4. Click the trash can icon next to the saved card.

  5. Confirm the deletion by clicking “Yes” in the pop-up window.
