This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you've added a file to a client's profile and want to remove it, you can easily untag the client from that file in the Files section.
How to Untag a File From a Client
Go to your “Files” section in the navigation bar.
Use the filter menu on the left-hand side to search for the client.
Locate the file you want to remove from their profile.
Click on the file to open it.
Click “Untag Client” to remove the association.
The file will remain in your system, but it will no longer appear in that client’s profile.
