This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you need to update a floor plan or remove any file associated with a venue, you can easily untag it from your Files section.
How to Untag a File From a Venue
Go to the “Files” tab from your left-hand menu.
Use the search bar to find the file, or search by the venue’s name.
Once the file appears, click the “Untag” button next to the venue tag.
The file will no longer be associated with that venue.
Need to Add a New File Instead?
After untagging the outdated file, you can upload a new version and tag it to the same venue.
