This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you’ve already set up the Google Calendar integration in Goodshuffle Pro (it’s free!), you can easily share your calendar events with your team.
Step 1: Choose Which Calendar to Share
You can choose to share:
All “Contract Status” calendars (e.g. Signed, Quote Sent, Completed)
Only specific status calendars that are most relevant to your team
Step 2: Open Your Google Calendar Settings
From your calendar view, hover over the calendar you'd like to share. Click the three dots next to its name, then click “Settings and sharing.”
Step 3: Share the Calendar
Scroll down to the “Share with specific people” section and enter the email address(es) of your teammate(s). Use the dropdown to adjust their viewing permissions if needed.
Now, your teammates will be able to view the shared Goodshuffle Pro calendar from their own Google Calendar account—no extra setup required!
