If you work with different client types or rental scenarios (like weddings vs. dish rentals), you may want to customize your Terms and Conditions accordingly. Here's how to create multiple templates and choose the right one per project.

Step 1: Create Your Standard Terms Template

Start by creating your default Terms and Conditions from your Account Settings.

  • Go to your profile menu and select Account Settings.

  • Navigate to the Terms & Conditions section.

  • Click Create New Template and label it something like “Standard.”

  • You can either type directly into the editor or upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG file.

Step 2: Create Additional Templates

Now, create a version that includes additional or altered language for specific use cases (e.g., dish rentals, tents, long-term rentals).

  • Duplicate or start a new template.

  • Copy over the language from your Standard version.

  • Add your additional clauses (e.g., “Dishware must be returned rinsed”).

  • Name it something like “Standard + Dish” for easy recognition.

📝 Tip: Use clear, recognizable names for templates so your team can quickly choose the right one.

You can enter your terms directly into the text box, or upload via PDF, JPG, or PNG file:

Step 3: Apply the Right Terms to a Project

Once you’ve created your templates, you can select which Terms and Conditions to apply on each project.

  • Scroll to the bottom of your project.

  • Use the Terms and Conditions dropdown menu to select the template you want to use.
