This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you have an email address but don’t remember which client it's assigned to, there are two easy ways to look it up.
Option 1: From a Project
Start a new project or open an existing one.
In the “Client” section, type or paste the email address.
The matching contact will auto-populate if it already exists in your Directory.
Option 2: From the Directory
Go to your “Directory” tab.
Type the email address into the search bar.
The associated contact will appear in the results if it exists in your system.
