This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Once you’ve added a client, project contact, venue, and other event details to a project in Goodshuffle Pro, this information will appear on your client’s quote or invoice in a clean, professional layout:

Client View Includes:

  • Your Company / Sales Office

This shows your business name, address, contact info, and website.

  • Sales Lead

The assigned team member (with contact info) who is leading the project.

  • Project Contact

The individual associated with the event or order (e.g., Jason Webber).

  • Client’s Company or Organization

Displays the company name and secondary contact information, if available.

  • Event Information

Includes the event name, date, type (e.g., Gala), and any internal notes.

  • Venue Information

Shows the location of the event including address details.

  • Day of Contact

Who your team should contact on the day of the event (e.g., Jeremy Beremy), including phone number.
