How to Remove Taxes From a Signed Contract

Learn how to override taxes for a signed contract in Goodshuffle Pro when a client is tax exempt or purchasing for resale.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Sometimes a client will sign a project and then notify you afterward that they are tax exempt or purchasing for resale. Here’s how you can remove the taxes—even after the contract has been signed.

You'll just need to 'Edit' the signed contract:

Then click 'Override Taxes' at the bottom of the project:

And mark the project either Tax Exempt or Resale:
