How Can I See When a Client First Signed a Contract?

Use the “First Signed” custom column to quickly track when clients sign their contracts in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you want to know exactly when a project has moved from “Quote Sent” to “Contract Signed,” you can add the First Signed column to your Project List.

1. Go to Your Project List

Click the “Projects” tab from the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Click "Manage Layout”

In the top right, select Manage Layout.”

3. Add the “First Signed” Column

Scroll or search in the Contract section for “First Signed.”
Check the box to add it to your Project List view.

Tip: Select the "Action Needed" and "Signed" project status to filter for projects that have a signature.

4. Sort Your Projects by Signature Date

Once added, click the First Signed column header to sort your projects by the date contracts were signed.

Pro Tip: Combine this column with filters such as event date or sales lead to get even more insights.
