This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Projects only appear as 'Due' when a payment is actually required right now. Here are the most common reasons a project won't show in your Due filter:

The payment isn't due yet Your payment policy determines when money is owed. For example:

  • Net 30: Payment due 30 days after the event date

  • 50% deposit, balance due 7 days before event: Only shows as Due when that 7-day window hits

All required payments have been made If your client has paid their deposit and no additional payment is currently due, the project won't appear as Due.

How to check what's owed

  1. Open the project

  2. Go to the Billing tab

  3. Look at the Payment Schedule section to see exactly when payments are due

Pro Tip: Use the Project List filters to view projects by payment status - you can see 'Paid' and 'Due' projects separately.
