This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
You can view the Payment Schedule directly in the “Billing” tab of any project. This section shows all payment activity based on your project's payment policy, including:
Upcoming payments
Pre-authorized charges
Overdue balances
How to View the Payment Schedule
Open a project and click the “Billing” tab.
Scroll down to the “Payment Schedule” section.
From here, you can:
Check the “Status” column to see if a payment is upcoming, pre-authorized, or overdue.
View the “Amount Owed” to see how much is still due from the client.
Review the “Amount Paid” column to track how much the client has paid so far.
What About Authorizations?
Pre-authorized payments will remain visible in the Payments table until the full authorized amount has been successfully captured.
