How Can I See Total Deposits Paid on Upcoming Events?

Track deposits and payments for events that haven’t yet been completed in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Need to track how much money has been collected for upcoming events? You can combine the Net Paid column with the Open Fulfillment filter to view totals for events that haven’t yet taken place.


Step 1: Add the Net Paid Column

  1. Go to your Project List.

  2. Click “Edit Columns.”

  3. Under the Billing section, select “Net Paid.”

Step 2: Filter for Upcoming Events

  1. In the left-hand filter panel, scroll to Fulfillment.

  2. Click “Open” to filter out any fully completed events.

Step 3: View and Total Deposits

Once filtered:

  • You’ll see the Net Paid amounts per project.

  • Hover over the Net Paid column header to view the total paid across all listed projects.

What Does “Net Paid” Include?
Net Paid reflects total payments received minus refunds. It’s a great way to estimate collected income before an event takes place.
