First, add the 'Net Paid' and 'Remaining Balance' Custom Columns

Now you can quickly see which projects have had payments applied, and how much is outstanding.

Next, filter your project list to just show you Quote Sent Projects.

Any project with a blank remaining balance has been completely paid.
