Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to your Project List.
Click "Edit Columns" at the top right to manage Custom Columns.
Add these columns:
Then click "Update Columns". These columns will help you view balances and payment terms at a glance.
Use the “Filters” button and:
Your filtered list now shows:
All projects for this business
The remaining balance on each
Whether the project was paid upfront or on Net terms
Click the check box next to "Project Name" to select all projects and then click the Download icon to export this list to Excel.
Users with a Goodshuffle Pro Lite can create this report. Note that you must be on a Goodshuffle Pro Standard Plan or above to export this report.
