To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

If a client needs a summary of their projects, here’s how to find and export that information from your Projects list.

Step 1: Add the Right Columns

In your “Projects” tab, click “Edit Columns.”
We recommend adding the following:

  • Remaining Balance

  • Payment Type

  • Customer Name

  • Billing Status

  • Business

Step 2: Filter by Business

Use the Filters on the left side of the Projects list to search by Business.
For the most accurate results, be sure to:

  • Expand More Search Options

  • Include Archived Projects if needed

Step 3: Review and Sort

Your filtered list will now show all relevant projects for that customer, including:

  • Whether the project is paid Upfront or on Net terms

  • Which projects have Remaining Balances

  • Their Billing Status (e.g., due, not due, etc.)

💡 Tip: Projects with a Remaining Balance but no Billing Status likely aren’t due yet.

Step 4: Export to Excel

Scroll to the top-right and click “Download Project List” to export the data to Excel.

This makes it easy to send a clean summary of open or past jobs to your client.
