This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
Need to send a client a summary of all their outstanding projects? You can use the Project list, Custom Columns, and filters to create a quick report.
Step 1: Add Helpful Custom Columns
From your Project list, click Edit Columns and add the following columns:
“Client Name”
“Due Balance”
“Billing Status”
These will give you visibility into what’s outstanding and for whom.
Step 2: Filter and Search by Client
To narrow it down:
From the Project list, use the "Client" Search bar to type the client’s name.
Apply the “Due Balance” filter to show only projects with a remaining balance (Article).
This will leave you with a focused list of open-balance projects for that specific client.
Step 3: Export the Report
Once filtered:
Select all relevant projects or just the “Due” ones.
Click the “Download” button in the top right.
Export the list to an Excel document to share with your client.
Tip: You can also save your filtered view to quickly return to it later.
