How Can I Sort My Projects by Company?

Learn how to sort your projects by company name using the Company custom column in your project list.

If you frequently work with businesses or corporate clients, sorting your projects by company can help you stay organized and prioritize follow-ups.

Step-by-Step: Sorting Projects by Company

  1. Go to your Projects List.

  2. Click “Edit Custom Columns” in the top right corner.

  3. In the menu that appears, click “Client”, then select “Business.”

  4. Drag the Business column into your desired spot in the list.

  5. Click “Update Columns.”

Now you’ll see the Company Name appear in your project view. You can click the column header (arrow icon) to sort A–Z or Z–A.
