How Can I Sort My Projects by Their Start Date?

Learn how to organize your Project List by the Logistics Start date so you can quickly see upcoming or past projects.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Sorting your projects by start date is a quick way to view what’s coming up soonest—or review projects scheduled farther out. This is done by adding and sorting with the Logistics Start custom column.

Step 1: Open the Custom Columns Menu

  1. Go to your Project List.

  2. Click “Edit Custom Columns” in the top-right corner.olumns

Step 2: Add the “Logistics Start” Column

  1. Under Event Information, check “Logistics Start.”

  2. Drag and drop the column to position it where you prefer.

  3. Click “Update Columns” to save your view.

You can drag and drop this custom column to rearrange your Projects list view.

Step 3: Sort by Start Date

  • Click the Logistics Start column header once to sort from earliest to latest.

  • Click it again to reverse the order (latest to earliest).

  • Click a third time to remove the sorting.
