This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If your Open Projects list is getting cluttered with completed events, you can easily archive them in bulk to focus only on active work.

Step 1: Sort by Logistics Start

Start by sorting your project list by the Logistics Start column.
Tip: Here’s how to add a custom column.

This will group your older completed projects, making them easy to find.

Step 2: Select Completed Projects

Look for projects that are completed or no longer require action.

  • Check the box next to each project you want to archive.

  • To select all visible projects, click the box in the top right corner.

Step 3: Archive the Selected Projects

Once you’ve selected the right projects:

  • Click the “Bulk Archive” button in the top right.

  • Click "Continue" to confirm your choice when prompted, then click "Archive Projects"

Step 4: Access Archived Projects

You can always view archived projects later by navigating to the Archived view in your project tabs.

Now your project list is cleaned up and focused only on what still needs attention.

You can also watch the video below to see this in action.
