Keeping track of when client payments are pre-authorized helps you stay ahead on cash flow and avoid surprises.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to your “Projects” page.
Click “Edit Columns.”
“Pre-Authorized Amount”
“Full Payment Due Date”
Click “Update Columns.”
You’ll now see which projects have a payment authorization scheduled and when those funds will be collected.
Pro Tip:
Hover over the “Pre-Authorized Amount” column header to see the total amount pending across all visible projects.
