Tracking discounts is a great way to review the effectiveness of promotions or monitor team behavior. You can quickly see the total value of all discounts applied in a certain period using your Project list.

Step 1: Add the "Discount Subtotal" Column

From your Project list, click Edit Columns at the top right and add the "Discount Subtotal" column to your view.

Use the “Specific Dates” filter to choose the time frame you want to analyze (e.g., last quarter, this month, etc.).

Step 3: View the Total Discount Value

Hover over the "Discount Subtotal" column header.
You’ll see the sum total of all discounts applied across the filtered projects.

Tip: You can export your Project list to Excel if you want to save or share the data.
