How can I see how much was charged for delivery in a given period?

First, ensure you have your 'Logistics Subtotal' Custom Column (Article) on your project list.

Then, add in your specific dates (Article).

Finally, filter your projects by Logistics > Delivery (Article)

You can now hover over the Logistics Subtotal header to see the total amount for delivery for these projects.
