This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

1. Go to Your Project List

Navigate to the “Projects” tab from the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Click “Edit Custom Columns”

On the far right of your Project List, click Edit Custom Columns.

3. Add the “Custom Subtotal (Signed)” Column

Under the Sales section in the column options, find and select “Custom Subtotal (Signed)”. You can also reorder your columns for easier viewing.

4. Apply Filters (Optional)

Use filters such as:

  • Sale lead

  • Date range

  • Venue

  • Project status

This lets you narrow your view to specific sets of orders.

5. Hover to See Total

Once the column is visible, hover over the column header labeled “Custom Subtotal (Signed)” to see the subtotal of custom items across your filtered projects. You can also sort this column from highest to lowest revenue and vice versa by clicking the gray arrow to the right of the column title.

Pro Tip: The total will reflect only what’s currently shown based on your filters.
