Step-by-Step Instructions
Open your Project List.
Click Edit Custom Columns on the far right to access your column options.
In the Sales category, select Service Subtotal (Signed).
Click Update Columns to save your selection and update the Project List.
Apply any filters as needed—such as Sale Lead, Date Range, or Venue—to narrow down the projects displayed.
Hover your cursor over the Service Subtotal (Signed) column header to view the total of that column across all visible projects.
You can view the Services Subtotal in a single project by opening the project, scrolling down to Totals, and expanding the Subtotals.
Pro Tip: Want to compare how much services cost year over year? Keep the Service Subtotal (Signed) column active and use date filters like “This Year” vs. “Last Year” to view a quick breakdown. This approach is great for financial analysis and planning.
