Want to quickly view outstanding balances across all your projects? You can easily add an Amount Due column to your Project List in just a few steps.
Step 1: Open the Column Customization Menu
Click the “Edit Columns” icon at the top right of your Project List.
Step 2: Add the “Amount Due” Column
In the column customization panel, go to the “Billing” tab.
Check the box next to “Amount Due.”
Step 3: Reorganize Your Columns (Optional)
Use the six-dot icon next to any column name to drag and reorder.
Place “Amount Due” wherever it makes the most sense for your workflow.
Step 4: Apply Your Changes
Click “Update Columns” to apply your selections. You’ll now see a new column for Amount Due in your Project List, and you can sort it by ascending or descending value.
