Let's say you want your client to pay a flat $500.00 for your deposits.

As an Account Owner or Admin, you can head to the Account Tab and select Policies and Taxes.

Next, create a new payment policy or edit an existing policy. Then, select a Flat Rate by clicking the dollar sign symbol and type in the Flat Fee you would like to collect.

Finally, click "Create Payment Policy" when you're done.

You can now apply this policy to your projects!
