How Can I See Only Top-Level Items on My Project List?

Here’s how to show only parent (wrapper) items on the Project List without showing their nested contents.

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

If you use Packages or other grouped line items, your Project List can get crowded. To show only the top-level (parent) items, add the right custom column to your Project List view.

Show Top-Level Items Only

  1. Go to your Project List.

  2. Click “Custom Columns” (or the Select Columns icon).

  3. Search for and select “Line Items (Top-Level Only)”.

What You’ll See

Once enabled, your Project List will display only the parent/wrapper line items (like the Package name), and it will hide the nested contents.
