If you have two similar contacts, companies, or venues in your directory, you can...
First, view both entries' activity on their profile.
Next, find which entry has the fewest projects in its activity.
Then, change the company, contact, or venue on those projects to the entry with more entries.
Finally, you can delete the now-empty entry in your directory.
