To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
If you’d prefer not to show offline payment methods (like cash or check instructions) on your quotes or contracts, you can disable this setting either per project or across your entire account.
Hide Cash/Check Info on a Single Project
Open the project you'd like to update.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner to access Project Settings.
Under the Billing Settings section, uncheck “Show cash/check payment option information.”
Note: Changes made here will apply only to this individual project or contract. To update your default settings for all new projects, continue below.
Disable Cash/Check Info for All Future Projects
To disable this for all newly created projects moving forward:
Click Account from the left-hand menu.
Select Settings, scroll to the Billing Settings section.
Toggle “Show cash/check payment option information” to Off.
This setting ensures cash/check instructions are hidden by default on all future projects. You can still override this on individual projects if needed.
