Let's say you offered your client a Promo Code on their next purchase. You can quickly change the notes-help-text displayed on your Wishlist cart to read as 'Promo Code' instead.
You'll first want to navigate to your Wishlist Configuration page in your site header where you can add the code snippet seen below.

From here, enter your Public Browser Key and change the text "Tell us how you heard about us!" to "Promo Code".
Pro Tip: don't forget to include the quotation marks around "Promo Code".
Once you save these changes, you can navigate to your Wishlist Cart to see the updated note text.
When your client submits their Wishlist with a Promo Code, you'll find it listed in the 'Notes' section of the project within 'External Notes'.
