Which payments are included in my Received Credits?

Here is how you can use the Company Activity tab in Finances to view the payments included in Received Credits (i.e. payouts).

Goodshuffle Pro Account Owners and Admin users can view which payments are included in their Received Credits from the Company Activity tab in Finances.

To get started, navigate to Finances and click on the Company Activity tab located on the left side of your screen.

You can then filter transactions by 'Received Credits' located in the 'Type' drop-down menu.

From there, click on the '⌄' symbol to the left of a Received Credit to expand the transaction details and view the 'Related Client Activity'. The Related Client Activity will show you which project payments are included in that Received Credit.

If you would to view more granular information about a specific Related Client Activity, you can click the project hyperlink to open the project's 'Billing' tab in a new browser tab.

Please note that Received Credits may include payments from different projects. You can determine which projects a payment is related to by expanding the 'Related Client Activity' section.
