You can efficiently track and view refunds within a specific period using the Client Activity report in the 'Finances' tab. Follow the steps below to get started.
Navigate to the 'Finances' tab.
Within the 'Finances' tab, click on the 'Client Activity report.'
Once in the 'Client Activity report,' find the 'Date Range' filter and select 'Specific Dates.'
Enter the desired date range for the refunds you want to view.
Under the 'Activity Type' filter, choose 'Refund.'
On the right side of the report, you'll find the 'Summary' section. Here, you can see the total sum of all refunds within the specified date range.
To get a detailed breakdown, review the 'Amount' column for the listed projects. This will show you the individual refund amounts for each project.
For a more granular view, click on the '⌄' icon located to the left of each project. This will expand the details and provide additional information about the refunds associated with that specific project.
