What Happens if My Reader Needs an Update?

Learn how to fix the “Failed to apply updates. Code: A7-INT” error on your Goodshuffle Pro card reader.

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

If your reader displays the following error:

Failed to apply updates. Code: A7-INT

It means your Goodshuffle Pro card reader needs a firmware update.


How to Resolve the Error

To trigger the update:

  1. Plug your reader into a constant power source using the supplied charging cable.

  2. Once it has continuous power, the update process will begin automatically.

  3. Leave the device plugged in until the update completes.

⚠️ The reader will not update unless it is receiving a constant power supply.
