This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
When you connect Goodshuffle Pro with QuickBooks Online, the integration automatically creates certain Products & Services items and corresponding Chart of Accounts entries. This ensures your revenue, fees, and expenses sync correctly without manual bookkeeping.
⚠️ Warning: Should manual changes be made to these accounts (the Income Account, Category, etc), the integration will sync differently. Please use caution before manually changing any of these details.
Below is the default mapping.
Example Product & Service - Product Rentals
Chart of Accounts - Income Account:
Chart of Accounts - Payment Processing Fees
Chart of Accounts - Merchant Fees
