How Should My Products, Services, and Expense Accounts Be Mapped Within QuickBooks Online?

Learn how Products, Services, and Chart of Accounts are mapped by default in the QuickBooks Online integration with Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

When you connect Goodshuffle Pro with QuickBooks Online, the integration automatically creates certain Products & Services items and corresponding Chart of Accounts entries. This ensures your revenue, fees, and expenses sync correctly without manual bookkeeping.

⚠️ Warning: Should manual changes be made to these accounts (the Income Account, Category, etc), the integration will sync differently. Please use caution before manually changing any of these details.

Below is the default mapping.
