To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Set Asides in Goodshuffle Pro allow you to temporarily remove inventory from availability due to damage, theft, or loss. You can create a set aside directly from the Fulfillment section of a project or from the Inventory tab, and include a reason and note to keep records clear.

Create a Set Aside Within a Project

  1. Open the project where the issue occurred.

  2. Scroll to the “Fulfillment” section.

  3. Find the affected item and click the Set Aside icon.

  4. On the “Set Aside” screen, click Add Set Aside:

    • Enter the quantity to set aside.

    • Choose a reason:

      • Damaged

      • Lost

      • Stolen

    • Add a note (optional but highly recommended).

      • Example: “Tabletop cracked during event load-out. Needs repair before future use.”

  5. Click Save.

Why Classify Set Asides?

Adding a reason and note helps your team:

  • Understand why items are unavailable

  • Track recurring issues

  • Streamline repair or replacement

  • Use filters in the Set Asides tab to manage resolution
