How Can I Change My Physical and Mailing Address?

Here’s how you can change the shipping/payment and/or mailing address associated with your account.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

To update your address, start by heading to your Account Settings. Click your name in the bottom left corner and select “Account.”

From there, select “Company.” Scroll down and click “Locations.”

Editing an Existing Address

You’ll see a list of your current addresses. You can:

  • Click Edit to update your existing address.

  • Click Add New if you're adding a new warehouse or other location.

Creating a New Address

When adding a new address, you’ll choose whether it’s:

  • A Physical Address

  • A Mailing Address (e.g., PO Box If you'd like to display an address that isn't your HQ)

If you'd like to find out more about where your addresses will show on your materials, click here.

Click “Add” under either section to get started.

Fill in the required fields, then click “Save.”

You can also:

  • Mark the location as your headquarters

  • Remove or update any location later

Need to Display a Mailing Address on Invoices?

To add a PO Box or alternate mailing address, click “Add” under Mailing Address and fill in the form.
