Managing Multiple Store Locations or Warehouses

How to change the address seen on all your documents depending on which is your headquarter

Written by Alison Panza

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

  1. Access the Account page by clicking the gear icon on the left side of your dashboard.

  2. Select Company and scroll down to the Locations section.

  3. Click "+ Add new Location" to create a new location or click the pencil icon under an existing location to edit it.

The "Location" name is based on the City name and cannot be customized.

3. Enter the needed information for your new location and press Save Changes:

4. Once complete, you choose to make that location your headquarters.

Find the location in the list and then select the ellipsis '...'.

Choose Make Headquarters.

If you have the Advanced Sales & Marketing Add-On (which includes the multi-brand feature), the address shown on your quotes, contracts, and other documents matches the location tied to the brand on that project. For example, if a location is set as the headquarters for a specific brand, projects using that brand will show that location's address as the headquarters.

If you do not have multi-brand and use a single location, you will not see the option to select a sales office on a project. Your headquarters address is applied automatically.

If you disable the view for your headquarters to appear on client documents, your mailing address will be used instead if you have one.
