Adding Goodshuffle Pro as a "Safe Sender" in Microsoft Outlook / Live

Make sure Goodshuffle Pro emails always land in your inbox by adding us to your Safe Senders list in Outlook or Live.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Sometimes Goodshuffle Pro messages—such as quotes, contracts, and client notifications—may be flagged as spam or go to your Junk folder in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Live. You can prevent this by adding us to your Safe Senders list.

Step 1: Open Outlook in Your Browser

  1. Go to https://outlook.live.com and sign in.

  2. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner.

  3. From the left menu, click Mail.

Step 2: Navigate to Junk Email Settings

  1. Under the Mail tab, click Junk email (located below Sweep).

  2. Scroll down to the Safe senders and domains section.

Step 3: Add Goodshuffle as a Safe Sender

  1. Click + Add under Safe senders and domains.

  2. Enter the following one at a time:

    • goodshuffle.com

    • mg.goodshuffle.com

  3. Press Enter after each one to confirm and save.

That’s it! Now, all Goodshuffle Pro emails will be delivered straight to your inbox 🎉

Step 4: Mark Existing Emails as Not Junk (Optional)

If any Goodshuffle Pro messages previously landed in your Junk folder:

  1. Open the email from your Junk folder.

  2. Click “Not Junk” at the top.

  3. Confirm that it’s from a trusted sender.
