This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Goodshuffle Pro offers different user types depending on your plan. Here’s a breakdown of what’s available in Goodshuffle Pro Lite and Standard plans, and what each user role can do.

User types in Goodshuffle Pro Lite

If you're using Goodshuffle Pro Lite, your account includes just one user type:

Account Owner

This user will have:

  • Full access to all parts of the system.

  • Can manage inventory, create and edit projects, and communicate with clients.

  • Only the Account Owner can access and update banking information.

You can add additional Full Users at any time. Full Users have Admin Permissions and can access all areas of the platform except 2FA settings and banking information.

Note: The Account Owner does not need to be the business owner—just the main representative for your Goodshuffle Pro account.

User types in Goodshuffle Pro Standard

Goodshuffle Pro Standard includes more flexibility and user types to support your entire team:

Account Owner/Admin

  • Full access, including all financial reports and company settings.

  • Account Owners are the only users who can update banking info.

Full User

  • Typically, your sales team.

  • Can create quotes, manage projects, and communicate with clients.

  • Cannot access account settings or view tax and financial reports.

  • Can assign themselves as the Sales Lead on a project.

Limited User

  • Designed for your warehouse crew.

  • Can only access the "back end" of a project (items, logistics, fulfillment).

  • Cannot view pricing or client communications.

  • Must be assigned to a project to view it—though settings can allow for automatic assignment or full visibility.

Unlimited Read-Only User

  • Ideal for drivers, DJs, or other on-site talent.

  • Can only view assigned projects.

  • No ability to make changes or see financial details.

  • Access is limited to the fulfillment view.
