User types vary by plan. All plans include at least one user type; more options are available in Goodshuffle Pro Standard.

Goodshuffle Pro offers different user types depending on your plan. Here’s a breakdown of the available user roles and what each can do in Goodshuffle Pro Lite and Standard.

User Types in Goodshuffle Pro Lite

Lite plans include only one user type by default:

Account Owner

  • Full access to all areas of the system.

  • Can manage inventory, create/edit projects, and message clients.

  • The only user who can access and update banking information.

You can also add Full Users to your Lite account:

  • Have admin-level access to all features except 2FA settings and banking details.

ℹ️ The Account Owner doesn't need to be the business owner—just the main contact for your Goodshuffle Pro account.

User Types in Goodshuffle Pro Standard

Standard plans allow multiple user types to support different roles across your team:

Account Owner / Admin

  • Full access to all settings and financial reports.

  • Only user type that can update banking information.

Full User

  • Ideal for your sales or client-facing team.

  • Can create quotes, manage projects, and communicate with clients.

  • Cannot access company settings or financial/tax reports.

  • Can assign themselves as Sales Lead.

Full User Seats give full feature access, including some Financials. Full Users CAN see:

  • Overview Page Charts

  • Client Activity Report (i.e. payments made)

  • Due Balances Report

Full Users CANNOT see:

  • Overview Page Balances

  • Account / Routing Numbers

  • Company Activity Report (i.e. outbound transfers)

  • Tax Report

  • Settings

  • Stripe Capital Loan information

Limited User

  • Great for warehouse or logistics team members.

  • Can manage inventory, prep and fulfill projects.

  • Cannot see pricing or communicate with clients.

  • Only sees projects they’re assigned to—though settings can be adjusted.

Limited Users cannot see the finances tab at all unless they are given custom permissions.

  • Access is limited to the fulfillment view.

  • No editing, messaging, or financial visibility.

Unlimited Read-Only Users cannot see the finances tab at all unless they are given custom permissions.
