How do I upgrade my account to Goodshuffle Pro Standard?

You can upgrade to Goodshuffle Pro Standard at any time. Reach out to our team using the blue chat bubble for personalized help.


How do I cancel my Goodshuffle Pro Lite account?

To cancel your Goodshuffle Pro Lite subscription, go to Account SettingsSubscriptions and click the 3 dots next to your user seat Deactivate Account. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. For more details, click here.


What’s the difference between Goodshuffle Pro Lite and Standard?

Lite - is built for solo vendors or small operations who need a fast, simple way to send quotes and get paid.
Standard - includes powerful features like fulfillment tools, crew dispatching, barcoding, and more.


How do I update my billing information for Goodshuffle Lite?

Navigate to Account Settingssubscriptions, scroll down to billing and click the blue change button to update your payment method. Learn more here.


Can I pause my account or switch between Lite and Standard?

At this time, account pausing is not supported. You can switch from Goodshuffle Pro Lite to Goodshuffle Pro Standard at any time by contacting our support team in the blue chat bubble in the bottom of your account.


What are the limitations of Goodshuffle Pro Lite vs. Standard?

Here are some key limitations of Goodshuffle Lite:

  • Limited to 10 active Projects

    • Note that the project limit is not based on your billing cycle. It begins on the first day and ends on the last day of the current month. For example, from January 1st to January 31st, and then resets on February 1st

  • No sub-rentals and buffer Tracking

  • No fulfillment or pull sheets

  • No ability to add Contract or Project Level buffers for conflict detection

  • No ability to create a Set Asides

  • No advanced inventory or dispatching

  • No advanced payment forecasting

  • No limited or read-only user access

  • You are not able to move a contract from quote to signed. Clients must sign the first version of a contract. After that, you can make edits (unsigned changes) and then move that to a contract signed.

What reports are available in Goodshuffle Pro Lite?

Goodshuffle Pro Lite includes basic financial reporting, such as:

  • Tax

  • Stripe Capital Loan Reports

  • Client Activity Reports

  • Company Activity Reports

Advanced forecasting and operational reports are only available in Goodshuffle Pro Standard.


Why am I getting a warning that I have exceeded my Project limit?

Goodshuffle Pro Lite includes 10 active Projects a month. Once you reach this limit, you’ll be prompted to either archive older Projects or upgrade to Goodshuffle Pro Standard for unlimited Projects and more robust features.

Why can’t I see Fulfillment?

Fulfillment tools (like pull sheets, item prep, check-in/out, and logistics) are only available in Goodshuffle Pro Standard. To access these features, upgrade from Lite to Standard at any time.


Do I have access to Electronic Receipts of Goods and Services?

Yes
