Getting started with Goodshuffle Pro—whether you’re using the Lite or Standard version—takes just a few minutes. This checklist will walk you through the key setup steps so you can begin sending quotes, collecting payments, and organizing your events like a pro.

1. Explore the Platform

Start by getting familiar with your new workspace.


2. Set Up and Customize Your Account

Tailor your workspace to match your brand and business needs.

3. Add Your Inventory

Begin with your most rented items or packages.

  • Navigate to Inventory and click + the blue 'Add Inventory' button.

  • Select your Product, Package, Service, or Logistics to add

  • Include details such as name, price, and photos.

  • Use groups or packages to organize related items, if available in your plan.

4. Build Your First Project

Start a project to see how everything connects.

  • Click the blue 'Create New Project' button to begin.

5. Try Fulfillment Tools (Goodshuffle Pro Standard)

If you're using Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above, now’s a great time to explore Fulfillment.

  • Use Fulfillment Notes to streamline warehouse and delivery operations.

  • Create Set-Asides when items are damaged or not returned.
