What email and subject line do my quotes have?

When you send a quote to a client, the email will come from:

Email:
[YOUR EMAIL USERNAME]@mg.test.goodshuffle.com
(Note: This will match the email you use to log into Goodshuffle Pro.)

Subject line:
You have a new quote from [COMPANY NAME] ([PROJECT NUMBER])

This format helps ensure clients recognize the sender and project.


How can I track all communication for my projects?

All communications across all projects—including those sent by teammates—are automatically stored in the Messages tab within Goodshuffle Pro.

You can:

  • View client emails and replies

  • Track quote and contract messages

  • See who sent what and when

  • Quickly reference conversations during fulfillment or follow-up

This centralized view helps your team stay aligned and ensures no message gets missed.


Who will receive messages on a project?

Any Full Users added to a project will receive messages when:

  • A teammate messages the client

  • The client replies to a message

  • The client signs

  • The client pays

As a note: Full Users are not CC’d on any Send Quote, Send Invoice or Send Contract messages. This is to ensure only your client has the ability to sign and pay online.
