Set up an email signature

Before sending messages, you should ensure an email signature is set up for all Full Users. All Full Users can edit their own email signatures, adding personalization and branding to messages sent from Goodshuffle Pro.

Only Full Users who have been added to the project can message clients. Make sure to add all appropriate team members to each project.

Add Goodshuffle Pro as a "Safe Sender" in your email browser

As a best practice, you'll want to mark Goodshuffle Pro as a safe sender to allow you to receive all notifications from Goodshuffle Pro and try to avoid having those go to your spam or promotions.

  • Here are the steps on how to add Goodshuffle Pro as a Safe Sender in Microsoft Outlook.

Do not forward or copy & paste invoice links.
