This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Set Up an Email Signature

Before sending messages, each Full User should ensure they have their own email signature set up.

Email signatures personalize communications and attach your branding to client messages.

Learn more about creating your email signature here.

Only Full Users who have been added to the project can message clients. Make sure to add all appropriate team members to each project.

Add Goodshuffle Pro as a “Safe Sender”

As a best practice, you'll want to mark Goodshuffle Pro as a safe sender to allow you to receive all notifications from Goodshuffle Pro and try to avoid having those go to your spam or promotions.

  • Here are the steps on how to add Goodshuffle Pro as a Safe Sender in Microsoft Outlook.

Do Not Forward or Copy/Paste Previous Emails

Quotes from Goodshuffle Pro include a unique link to track the recipient signing and paying the invoice online. Extracting or forwarding the quote would make it impossible to track who paid or signed the quote.
