This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
When a client responds to a quote or message sent from Goodshuffle Pro, you’ll be notified in three ways to help you stay on top of communication:
1. Email Notification
You’ll receive an email to your login address that includes the client’s reply. This helps you quickly view and respond even when you're away from your dashboard.
2. Project Message Badge
Inside the project, you’ll see a red (1) icon next to the “Messages” tab, letting you know there’s an unread message.
3. Dashboard Unread Messages
On your main dashboard, the new message will appear under your Unread Messages list, so you can easily track and follow up.
