Sending the First Quote?

If you’re working on a new project and need to send a quote:

  2. Choose your email template and click “Select Template.”

  3. Review and customize the message.

  4. Click “Send Message.”

What Clients See

When you send a message:

  • The client receives it in their regular email inbox.

  • It appears as being sent from your company name.

  • No extra logins or portals—just like a standard email. To access your messages with a client, select the messages icon within a project. This will take you to the Client Messages panel.

How Replies Work

  • Clients can reply directly to the email.

  • Their response appears automatically in your Project Chat in Goodshuffle Pro.

  • You’ll also get a copy in your regular email inbox—and you can respond from there too.

Think of Goodshuffle Pro Messages as a smart email syncing and organizing tool. It keeps messages tied to the right client and project, while still letting you use your regular email workflow.
