How Can I Edit the Automated Quote Reminder Message?

Here’s how to customize the email templates that remind clients about upcoming quote expirations.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You can preview or fully edit the Quote Reminder and Quote Expired automated emails sent to your clients when their quote is about to expire (or already has).

Preview and Edit a Single Quote Reminder

  1. In your project, scroll to the Quote Expiration section.

  2. Click “Preview” next to the Quote Reminder Email.

3. On the preview screen, click the “Edit Templates” link.

4. From here, you can adjust the template text, layout, and tokens like #FirstName, #ProjectName, and #QuoteExpirationDate.

Access All Email Templates

To edit all email templates for your account:

  1. Click on the “Messages” tab in your Goodshuffle Pro dashboard.

  2. Select “Templates.”

3. From the list, choose “Quote Reminder” or “Quote Expired” to customize those messages.
