This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Note: Only Account Owners and Admins can adjust the default quote expiration rules and schedule.

To edit the rules and schedule for quote expiration, head to your Account Settings and scroll down to click “Edit Rules” under “Contract Settings.”

Configure Your Quote Expiration Settings

From this screen, you can:

  1. Set the expiration delay — Choose how many days or hours after the first or most recent quote is sent.

  2. Add an automated reminder — Set how many days before expiration to notify the client.

  3. Create up to three reminders per quote.

  4. Choose what happens when the quote expires:

    • Mark project as Lost

    • Disable online signatures (client can view but cannot sign)

  5. Send a final expiration email to notify the client the quote has expired
