To set a custom schedule/rules for a particular project, click "Quote Expiration TBD" on a New Project.

While editing, you will have a few options:

  1. Choose the length of time (in Days or Hours) of when a quote expires, as well as if this occurs after the first quote is sent or after the most recent quote is sent

  2. Set an automated reminder that follows a set schedule

  3. Add reminders (up to three total) for your expiring quotes

  4. Set whether a project is marked as Lost when the quote expires (meaning the client can no longer see the quote/associated pricing), or disable online signatures (meaning the client can view the quote but cannot sign to confirm)

  5. Send a final email alerting the client the quote has expired

If there is a specific date you'd like the quote to expire, you can select "Specific Date" and set an expiration time.

All other options, such as multiple reminders, are able to be edited when choosing a Specific Date.
