This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
To set a custom schedule or rules for a particular project, click “Quote Expiration TBD” on a new project.
Set Custom Expiration Rules
When editing, you'll see several options:
Choose when the quote expires — Set in days or hours from the first or most recent quote.
Set automated reminders — Choose timing for up to three reminders.
Choose expiration behavior — Mark the project as Lost or disable online signatures.
Send a final expiration email — Notifies the client that the quote has expired.
Using a Specific Expiration Date
If you want a quote to expire on a specific day, switch to “Specific” under “Quote Expires” and choose the exact date and time.
All other options, such as multiple reminders, can still be adjusted when using the Specific Date option.
