To enable quote expiration for all newly created projects, head to your Account Settings and scroll down to "Include quote expiration on all projects by default", under "Contract Settings".

If enabled, all newly created projects will have quote expiration turned on and will begin following the default schedule you set under your Account Settings.

If disabled, you will need to manually add Quote Expiration on each project and adjust the schedule as needed.
